Buckland Homes offers a one-year builder’s warranty from the date of closing (Warranty Period). This covers the entire home for materials and workmanship. Any findings in that year that do not conform with the quality standards agreed upon and contracted for (Potential Defect) shall be reviewed by the builder, and remedied if warranted. Buyer will provide notice of Potential Defects in writing. Buckland Homes is not responsible for defects or damages caused by neglect, misuse, abuse, improper use, modifications, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is non-transferable if the property is sold, or if the property is not occupied by the primary owner or if the property is deemed rental property.
